Automatic Lubricant Oil Pump, available in 2 Liter / 4 Liter capacity.

Designed for Slideway oil lubrication of CNC machines, Milling Machines, Lathes, and Laser machines.

Lubricating time and intermittent time are adjustable.
Equipped with a liquid level switch and pressure switch; the beeper will sound and send an alarm signal if oil volume or pressure is insufficient.
The panel indicator displays the lubricating and intermittent status.
The system utilizes an RST key for forced lubrication or to clear abnormal reporting signals.
An overflow mechanism is incorporated to protect the oil injector and pipeline from damage due to high pressure.

Oil supply and intermittent time are adjustable via PC controller.
The oil tank features an oil level gauge and an automatic oil control device. A red indicator illuminates when oil quantity is insufficient, prompting refill.
The oil pump is fitted with two valves: a pressure regulating valve and an unloading valve.

This pump utilizes N32#-N68# lubrication oil.
Set the interval according to the actual oil consumption of the equipment. Press the “set” button for 2 seconds to enter the working time setting mode. Use the A/V key to adjust the working time from 1 to 999 seconds. After completion, wait 6 seconds to enter the interval time setting mode. Press the A/V key to adjust the interval from 1 to 999 minutes. After completion, wait 6 seconds to automatically exit the settings state, save the configuration, and enter the work delay state to initiate the cycle.
Continuous alarm buzzing with the digital tube displaying “ERO” indicates an oil level alarm; please add oil to the oil box.
If bubbles are observed in the oil tube or abnormal sounds occur during oil pumping, clean the filter. Clean the oil box every two months, and clean or replace the oil filter as needed.
