Features easy sticker application, coordinated human-machine operation, and a user-friendly Chinese/English touch screen interface for simple parameter setting. Sticker speed and count are clearly displayed. Utilizes a two-step pendulum spring release mechanism for reliable and consistent labeling at high speeds. The labeling head is adjustable vertically and horizontally, with options for customization based on client product requirements, including the integration of conveyor belts or special designs.

Label Requirements

1. Compatible with stack sheet, roll sheet, and double material boxes. Label spacing: 2-3 mm.
2. Margin between label and release paper: 2-3 mm.
3. Label bottom paper material: Glassine.
4. Label die-cutting accuracy: ±0.2 mm. Ensures the bottom paper is not cut.
5. Maximum outer diameter of label roll: 300 mm.
6. Inner diameter of paper core: 76.2 mm.
