Features

Turn off the dry bottom

A : The thickness of the box is more than 5 layers, and the crease should be deep.
B : The crease of the length of the blade with a shore level of 5 or more in the box should be one box thicker than the crease of the blade in the front chamber.

The side A

A : Side A refers to the front side of the box to be sucked by the suction cup of the box opener.
B : The printing direction of side A defines the items and bottom of the carton.
C : Side A is the front of the box that indicates details such as box orientation.
D : The machine is equipped with a simple model (to the left or right).
E : The material should not be too soft. The surface should be flat, especially for the fast unpacking machine, which can provide samples as much as possible.

Material

A : The material should not be too soft, and the surface is unorganized, which results in a very fast operation. If you can provide M products, provide as much as possible.
B : Provide sample information training for materials with more than 5 layers of thickness.

Incision

A : In principle, the corners of the cartons of all materials should be cut obliquely, especially cartons with more than 5 layers and requiring faster processing speeds.
B : The purpose of cutting diagonally is to prevent non-standard folding and creased boxes, which affects subsequent operations.
C : The position of diagonal cutting is as shown in the figure. The diagonal cut is 1/3 of the height of the front and rear blades, which is approximately the thickness of the carton.

Blade

A : When the two outer blades are manually folded and flattened by hand, they cannot overlap, and ensure a gap of 1-2 mm.
B : When folding, the front and rear inner blades folded in half cannot be matched.
C : The slightly square front and rear inner blades and the two-made outer blades are always the same in size, and they must be cut obliquely to shape them.

Size

A : For planning the unpacking machine, it is recommended to provide a list of all specifications (length, width, and height) as a reference.
B : Square boxes with a fixed height-to-length ratio that is not too large require special attention to variations.
C : For unpacking sails, if it is large, it will not be small; if it is small, it will not be large; it is not suitable to use the same mechanism to solve the problem of boxes with significant differences.
