Carton Bottom Sealing by Air Blowing
A : Carton thickness exceeds 5 layers, and creases must be deep.
B : For creases exceeding 5 layers in thickness, one side of the carton crease should be thicker than the other.
Side A (Front of Carton)
A : Side A refers to the front face of the carton, which is engaged by the suction cups of the box opener.
B : The printing orientation of Side A dictates the layout and position of the carton’s bottom.
C : Side A is the front face of the carton that displays information such as orientation.
D : The machine features a straightforward operational model (leftward or rightward movement).
E : Material should not be excessively soft, and the surface must be flat, particularly for high-speed carton unpacking applications where sample provision is paramount.
Material Considerations
A : Materials that are too soft or possess uneven surfaces can impede operational speed. Maximizing material suitability is recommended.
B : Training and sample information provision are required for materials exceeding 5 layers in thickness.
Cutting Guidelines
A : For optimal performance across all carton materials, angled cutting of carton corners is recommended, especially for cartons exceeding 5 layers and requiring high-speed processing.
B : Angled cutting prevents non-standard folding and carton deformation, which can negatively impact subsequent processing stages.
C : The diagonal cut position, as illustrated, should occupy approximately 1/3 of the height of the front and rear flaps, relative to the carton’s thickness.
Blade Specifications
A : When the outer blades are reversed, both manually folded and flattened, ensure they do not overlap, maintaining a 1-2 mm gap.
B : When folded in half, the front and rear inner blades must not overlap.
C : The front and rear inner blades, and the two outer blades, should be slightly square. All outer blades must be identically sized and beveled for proper shaping.
Dimensional Requirements
A : For unpacking machine planning, a comprehensive list of specifications (length, width, height) should be provided for reference.
B : Square cartons with a fixed height-to-length ratio that is not excessively large require special attention to dimensional stability.
C : The unpacking mechanism is designed for optimal performance with cartons of similar size. Significant dimensional variations between cartons may necessitate specialized solutions.
