• BC models with a base height of 75cm offer 30cm of adjustment.
• BC models with a base height of 80cm offer 35cm of adjustment.
• BC models with a base height of 85cm offer 35cm of adjustment.
• BC models with a base height of 90cm offer 40cm of adjustment.
• BC models with a base height of 95cm offer 45cm of adjustment.
• BC models with a base height of 100cm offer 50cm of adjustment.

Differences Between PVC, PU, and Stainless Steel Conveyor Belts

1. Materials and Properties

   • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
     ✅ Flexible and offers moderate chemical resistance.
     ✅ More economical than PU and stainless steel.
     ✅ Suitable for general applications such as packaging or transporting materials free of oil and grease.
     ❌ Not resistant to high temperatures and may wear faster than PU.

   • PU (Polyurethane)
     ✅ Superior resistance to fats, oils, and chemicals compared to PVC.
     ✅ Smoother surface finish, ideal for food and pharmaceutical industries.
     ✅ More resistant to tearing and offers longer service life than PVC.
     ❌ Higher cost than PVC.

   • Stainless Steel
     ✅ High strength, resistant to impact and wear.
     ✅ Suitable for industries requiring high hygiene standards, such as food and beverage production.
     ✅ Resistant to high temperatures and chemicals.
     ❌ Higher cost and potentially greater weight.
