Differences Between PVC, PU, and Stainless Steel Conveyor Belts

1. Material and Properties

   • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
     ✅ Flexible and offers moderate chemical resistance.
     ✅ More economical than PU and stainless steel.
     ✅ Suitable for general applications such as packaging or transporting materials without oils and fats.
     ❌ Not resistant to high temperatures and may wear faster than PU.
   • PU (Polyurethane)
     ✅ Superior resistance to fats, oils, and chemicals compared to PVC.

     ✅ Higher tear resistance and longer lifespan than PVC.
     ❌ Higher cost than PVC.
   • Stainless Steel

     ❌ High cost and potentially heavy.
