Maintenance Recommendations
- The designed service life for each axis harmonic reducer is 15,000 hours. Harmonic reducers are pre-lubricated and do not require additional lubrication. Replacement of the entire reducer unit is recommended upon reaching its service life.
- Harmonic reducers are high-precision components susceptible to damage from excessive force or collision. Such impacts can degrade accuracy, cause abnormal noise, or lead to failure of the internal soft wheel, rendering the reducer irreparable.
- Inspect the reducer covers every six months for screw tightness and cable wear. Ensure screws are secured and apply lubricant to joint cables as needed.
Installation and Commissioning Guidelines
- A cement foundation is required. A detailed foundation plan will be provided separately.
- Ensure a stable 380V, 50Hz three-phase power supply is available. A regulated power supply is recommended.
- Upon arrival at the facility, the equipment will be unpacked and inspected by a representative. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately.
- Following equipment acceptance, the buyer is responsible for mechanical positioning, foundation grouting, and initial horizontal alignment. For subsequent fine-tuning and installation, the company must be notified at least 5 days in advance.
- The buyer shall designate operator and maintenance personnel to assist our company’s technicians during installation and debugging.
- Upon completion of mechanical acceptance, the buyer must promptly sign the acceptance report.
Acceptance Protocol
- Prior to installation and acceptance, the buyer shall prepare all necessary resources as per the installation and debugging requirements.
- Visual Inspection: Both buyer and seller representatives will conduct a visual inspection of the robot, tools, and accessories against the contract specifications.
- Performance and Functionality Acceptance: Acceptance will be based on the agreed-upon scope of machinery and controller functions.
- Mechanical Accuracy Acceptance: Verification of mechanical accuracy will be conducted using the factory inspection record provided by our company.
Training Program
The seller (Party B) will provide technical training to the buyer (Party A). The training will span 3 working days, accommodating 2-5 personnel at the seller’s facility. The curriculum includes machine structure, performance and functions, CNC system operation, programming, and maintenance procedures.
After-Sales Service Policy
- A 12-month product warranty and free maintenance services are provided from the date of final acceptance. Should installation and commissioning be delayed beyond 15 months from arrival due to reasons attributable to Party A, the warranty period will expire, and installation, commissioning, and maintenance will incur charges.
- During the warranty period, damages resulting from user-related factors such as improper loading/unloading, extended storage, operational errors, unauthorized modifications, or self-repairs are not covered under the free warranty. The user will be responsible for all associated repair and refurbishment costs. Note: Damages caused by natural disasters (e.g., lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes) are excluded from this warranty.
- In the event of a machine failure, upon receiving user information, we will promptly diagnose the fault and propose resolution measures. A response will be provided within 24 hours if immediate resolution is not possible, followed by on-site support as soon as feasible, contingent on parts availability.
- Post-warranty, our company will continue to offer maintenance services at prevailing rates for parts and labor.
- If the buyer fails to fulfill contractual obligations after acceptance, the seller reserves the right to suspend after-sales services.
- Ownership of the equipment remains with the seller until full payment has been received from the buyer.
