Galvanometer is a specialized swing motor. Its principle relies on the torque generated by a coil within a magnetic field. Unlike conventional rotating motors, the galvanometer’s rotor is influenced by electromagnetic fields and a reset torque. The magnitude of rotor deflection is directly proportional to its deviation from the balance position. When current flows through the coil, the rotor deflects to a specific angle where the electromagnetic torque equals the restoring torque. This allows for deflection but not continuous rotation, with the deflection angle being proportional to the applied current.
Control Circuit Principle: Upon receiving a position signal, the motor deflects to a specific angle based on the voltage-to-angle conversion ratio. The entire process involves a fuel rack position sensor, error amplifier, power amplifier, position divider, and current integrator.
After the laser is reflected by the scanning lens, it is directed by the field mirror motor, causing the reflector to rotate around an axis and alter the beam path. The maximum deflection angle of the lens is ±15°. The width of the lens along the X-axis is determined by the beam diameter. The length of the lens along the Y-axis corresponds to the swing point length of the galvanometer X. Facula size calculation: Exit facula size (d) = 8mm, Lens X size = 10 mm, Lens Y size = 23 mm.
